The UE 校友 Association is governed by a 42-member Board of Directors, made up of alumni from across the country and around the world. Meeting on campus three times per year, the Board of Directors assists with planning and implementing alumni programs, 服务, and events, and serves as an advisory board to the University and its Board of 受托人.

Members of the board serve three-year terms, and serve on one of three standing committees: Academic Awards, 校友 Awards, and Nominating.

Throughout the year, the 校友 Association seeks nominations for membership on the Board of Directors. All alumni are eligible for consideration.
